This policy covers this website (the CareIT AL marketing and proposal site), operated by Communityline IT Solutions Co., EPZA, Pulung Cacutud, Angeles City, Pampanga 2009, Philippines. The CareIT AL platform itself is deployed per facility and governed by each operator's service agreement, policies, and the health-data regulations of the state or country it runs in.

What we collect

When you submit the demo or contact forms, we collect what you type: your name, community, email address, and any optional details (community type, bed count, state, message). Browsing the site does not require an account and does not collect personal information. This website never collects or stores resident data.

How we use it

Form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry — to schedule walkthroughs, prepare quotes, and answer questions. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no advertising cookies. Your light/dark theme preference is stored in your own browser's local storage and is never transmitted to us. If we adopt analytics, we will use a privacy-respecting service and update this policy accordingly.

Third-party processing

No resident or patient information is ever collected by this website. Screenshots published on this site are captured from a demonstration instance loaded with invented data; no real person's record appears anywhere on it.
