These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Communityline IT Solutions Co. (“we”, “us”), in partnership with CareIT Solutions Inc.. Use of the CareIT AL platform is governed separately by each operator's license and service agreement.
Use of the site
You may browse the site and submit inquiries for legitimate evaluation purposes. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or submit false or unlawful content through its forms.
Intellectual property
The CareIT name, logo, product design, screenshots, and all site content are the property of Communityline IT Solutions Co.. All rights reserved. Nothing on this site grants a license to the platform or its source code.
Information, not an offer
Content on this site is provided for information. Product capabilities marked as roadmap are plans, not commitments. Screenshots show demonstration data. Pricing, scope, and service terms are established only in a written agreement between your organisation and Communityline IT Solutions Co.. This website provides no medical or clinical advice.
No regulatory certification
CareIT AL is not certified and is not represented as HIPAA-attested. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that using the software makes your organisation compliant with any statute, licensing rule, or regulatory standard. Responsibility for regulatory compliance remains with the operator of the facility.
No warranties; limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding the site and will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of Pampanga, Philippines.
